Research on Mesozoic vertebrates presented here includes investigations in the anatomy, taxonomy, phylogeny, evolution, biology, biodiversity, and biogeography of several groups, primarily actinopterygian fishes and dinosaurs. Our general objective is to understand how different groups evolved in the course of the Mesozoic, and how their evolution was shaped by environmental changes, biotic interactions, and their constructional constraints.
